Do you have a store?

No, we are currently online only.

Can I cancel/ amend my order?

Yes, orders can be amended/ cancelled if we are notified within 12 hours of the order being placed.

Can I return/ exchange my order?

Are all items returnable?

All items are returnable except for earrings, due to our strict hygiene policy.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship nationally within the UK.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped within 3 business days, and are delivered within 7 business days.

What is the warrantee on your products?

All products at Sofia Street have a 1 year warrantee from the date the item(s) was received.
